Coffee Break Concerts

The Coffee Break Concert series were started by Kendrick and Mary Partington in 1988 and have proved a popular attraction ever since. The concerts are held at 11am at St Peter’s every Saturday during October, February and July, with coffee and biscuits served from 10.15am. We welcome a broad range of performers (local amateur musicians, University students, young professionals, choirs, chamber orchestras and brass bands) and offer a broad range of repertoire to our large and appreciative audiences. The concerts are free, although donations to the church music fund are always welcome.
