The Church of England has suspended all public worship until further notice, which means that, very sadly, services, concerts and other events and meetings at St Peter’s and All Saints’ will not take place for the time being within the church buildings. However, you are encouraged to follow Sunday services by means of the text and audio versions of the service which you can find, week by week, here. This page will be updated every Sunday morning at 10am; services will include choir and organ items as well as prayers, readings and a homily. Do enjoy listening along and taking part in your own way.
We are also working on ways to ensure that church members and others can remain connected during this difficult time and will continue to be alongside one another. Please do make extra efforts to support any people you know who are especially vulnerable.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, St Peter’s Church will not be open for the foreseeable future. The usual contact details for the parish office remain valid. It is best to email or telephone if you have any enquiries, although the office is open as normal at present (but please do observe social distancing if you need to visit in person). The Coffee Room is closed, but please contact the office if you would like to buy items from the Fair Trade gift and book shop (Tuesdays or Thursdays).
This website will continue to be updated regularly; the monthly parish magazine will be available online as usual.
Wishing you every blessing and strength, and may God’s love and peace be with you.
Rev Christopher Harrison
Rector

A warm welcome to the parish of St Peter and All Saints, in Nottingham city centre. Our churches offer worship which blends traditional styles with a modern approach to Christian belief, with services to suit a variety of tastes, many of which include choral music. We aim to uphold values which are inclusive of people from all backgrounds, based on a Christian faith which is open and non-judgemental, recognising the diversity of forms of Christian belief which exist today. There is a busy programme of events, and many ways in which you can become involved. St Peter’s church is open every weekday (apart from a few days after Christmas and Easter) and for Sunday services, and All Saints’ is open on Tuesday and Sunday mornings. Both churches are in the centre of Nottingham and close to tram and bus routes; on street parking is available free of charge alongside All Saints’ church, and there are public car parks near to St Peter’s.
