Christ and Modern Society: A series of guest preachers at Evensong at St Mary's in May and June.

The second speaker, on Sunday 15th May, will be The Rev’d Dr John Vincent, founder of the Urban Theology Unit, Sheffield, and of the Burngreave Ashram, which is a centre for alternative ways of living, working, and worshipping.  John who will speak on the theme 'Radical Jesus'. The service begins at 6.30 pm; sherry will be available after the service, with an opportunity to meet the preacher and ask questions.

Good Friday, 7pm
Bach Johannes-Passion BWV 245

On Good Friday, the choir of St Mary's will perform J.S. Bach's powerful St John Passion. This event is free to all to attend. 

Please be aware that entry is on a first come, first served basis.  Seating is limited, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
