The Festival of British Music will take place on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th October. There will be several events happening across the parish to celebrate the splendour and diversity of British Music. With a variey of concerts and choral services, there will be something for all lovers of music from the UK.
Saturday 8th October
11am @ St Peter's - Coffee Break Concert of English Song by Finzi & Quilter
A welcome return to St Peter's by two superb musicians – local baritone William Burn and former St Peter's Director of Music, Philip Collin – for an enchanting performance of English song. Entrance is free, with donations to the music fund gratefully received.
7.30pm @ St Mary's - Concert with the Orchestra of the Restoration & Choir of St Mary's
